Because many physical merchandise items are fulfilled by third-party suppliers, physical product orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After processing begins, physical product orders cannot be canceled.

Tarot and intuitive services are personalized digital services and are considered final sale. Once purchased, tarot and intuitive service orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

Moon Bean Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel and refund a tarot or intuitive service order at its sole discretion.

Moon Bean Boutique LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and ownership of purchased physical products transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
