Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible physical items.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Moon Bean Boutique LLC reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or canceled:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Intimate apparel or undergarments
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Seasonal or limited-edition merchandise
  • Tarot and intuitive readings
  • Digital products or downloadable content

Tarot & Intuitive Services

All tarot, intuitive, and spiritual services offered by Moon Bean Boutique LLC are personalized digital services and are considered final sale.

Due to the time, energy, preparation, and personalized nature of these services, all tarot and intuitive reading purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancelable.

Once a tarot or intuitive service has been purchased, no cancellations, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Digital readings that have already been delivered are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

Moon Bean Boutique LLC reserves the right to refuse service or cancel and refund an order at its sole discretion.

By purchasing a tarot or intuitive service from Moon Bean Boutique LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility for any decisions made following a reading.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at moonbeanboutiquellc@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

Return Shipping

Moon Bean Boutique LLC is happy to cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided and meet all return eligibility requirements.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Moon Bean Boutique LLC reserves the right to deduct any loss in value if an item is returned in a condition different from how it was originally received.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order after your return has been processed.

Order Cancellations

Because many of our products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers, physical merchandise orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

Tarot and intuitive service orders cannot be canceled once purchased, as all spiritual services are final sale.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moon Bean Boutique LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to file a claim.
