Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Process
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at moonbeanboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once your return is approved.
